New Clinics for Fall 2010
Starting on Wednesday September 15th at 6:30pm the runners' den will be offereing a new program called ONE STEP ONE. This will incorporate Walking and our trusted Learn-to-Run programs and provide more in depth information for those new to walking and running.

Also start this fall Run/Yoga
Mondays starting September 13th from the runners' den, organized by Richard Mosley, come go for a 30min run followed by 45min yoga class, class size is limited to 25 people so please book ahead.
Also Fridays run/yoga sessions from Kula Yoga Studio, Richard Mosley will again lead a tempo run followed by a 30 min yoga class, this starts September 17th
