walking clinics


Looking for a friendly group of people to share some great walks with? This group is for you. Walking is one of the best low impact cardiovascular exercises you can enjoy. Not into power walking? You'll have company. Wanting to rev it up a bit? You won't be alone either. Walks start at 45 minutes and build to about an hour. Come walk with us.

Cost:
$20.00/12 week session or $2.00 drop in (prices include taxes)
Prerequisite(s):
A positive attitude and a desire to get out for a good walk
