Trail Clinic - Intro to trails in the community

 

Clinic start date: Tuesday July 5th 6:30pm

Cost: $80.00

 

The clinic includes 8 guided runs, practice work on technique, discussions on safety and bear awareness, equipment review, draw prizes, and a copy of the new Vancouver Trail Running Book

 

Sessions will go each week on tuesdays and thursdays from different locations, please refer back to the website for location and date:

Tuesday July 12th - Coquitlam River

Thursday July 14th - Admiralty Point

Tuesday July 19th - Sasamat Up and Over

Thursday July 21st - Crystal Falls

Tuesday July 26th - Jug Island Beach

Thursday July 28th - Buntzen Lake

 

This clinic is designed with the novice runner in mind, these trails provide excellent variety and increased challenge each week!
